The five villas of Aldea Kaan Tulum

Casa David, Casa Lucas and Casa Thomas of Aldea Kaan Tulum share one floor plan in two buildings. The main house holds the master bedroom and one guest bedroom, each with an en suite bathroom, the living room with a sofa that converts into 2 twin beds, a full kitchen and the dining room. The third floor rooftop terrace holds the private pool, an outdoor shower and the laundry. A separate two story loft with its own entrance, right next to the main house, holds the third bedroom on its mezzanine, with a king bed and a full bathroom, above a living area with a pullout sofa, a kitchenette and a half bathroom. Each of the three has 2 outdoor showers and sleeps 12.

Casa Emilia and Casa Lydia of Aldea Kaan Tulum each have a ground floor pool behind a wall of glass doors, an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, and a third floor rooftop terrace with a half bathroom and the laundry. All 3 bedrooms of Casa Emilia are on the second floor; at Casa Lydia the master bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto the pool. Casa Lydia adds an outdoor jungle shower off the master bathroom. Each sleeps 10.
