How do the gates between the Aldea Kaan Tulum villas work?
When several villas are booked, the gates between neighboring villas open: Casa David, Casa Emilia and Casa Lucas share one outdoor space, and Casa Lydia and Casa Thomas share another.
Each Aldea Kaan Tulum villa keeps its own entrance, kitchen, living room, pool and rooftop terrace, so a family or a couple can close their gate at night and open it again in the morning. With one villa booked, the gates stay closed and the garden is private.

Our concierge can plan and organize the entire event. Unarranged parties are not permitted. Quiet hours outside start at 11 pm at every Aldea Kaan Tulum villa. No attendance limit is published, so tell Michelle the guest count and she will confirm what the property can hold. Only registered guests enter La Privada, by QR code and ID at the security booth. No smoking or vaping inside any villa, and no pets.
